Our Story

As a mother, watching my son struggle with his weight and confidence was heartbreaking. I searched everywhere for something that could truly help him—something beyond diets and quick fixes—but I found nothing. No program seemed to offer the kind of support he needed, a place where he could feel accepted, encouraged, and truly understood.

That’s when I knew I had to take matters into my own hands. I started Camp New Heights because my son deserved more, and I wasn’t going to let him face this battle alone. I wanted to create a place where kids like him could not only focus on their health, but also rebuild their self-esteem, make lasting friendships, and feel proud of who they are.

Nine years later, my son is thriving. He’s strong, confident, and healthy—not just physically, but emotionally, too. Watching him grow into the incredible person he is today reminds me why I started this journey.

Camp New Heights is different from other programs because it’s not just about weight loss; it’s about creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued. We focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Through personalized fitness plans, nutritional guidance, and emotional support, our campers learn lifelong habits while also building the confidence to face any challenge. This camp is more than a program; it’s my promise to my son—and to every parent who feels the same desperation I once did—that there’s a place for their child to grow, heal, and truly thrive.
