This is always a special time of year marked by traditions, family gatherings, gifts, and precious time with those we cherish. We are extremely fortunate to have the feeling of the holidays twice a year. Obviously we love the end of the calendar year to celebrate our traditional holidays, but we are even more excited for what comes six months from now.
On June 21st, 2020 we'll begin our camp season and it's a time that we look forward to more than any other time of the year. It starts with building a staff of individuals who bleed the mission of Camp New Heights. Bringing this group of staff together and watching them form a team built to deliver the best experience to campers warms my heart like chestnuts roasting on an open fire.
Throughout fall 2019 and the first half of 2020, we see campers enroll from all around the world. Whether it be campers from local counties or from across the world, we start to see the personality of 2020 come into focus. We cherish the questions and excitement of these campers as they will help us write our story in the summer of 2020.
Bringing together the staff and the campers culminates in the summer of 2020. In the past few years, we've written so many memories that they'd surpass the pages number of The East of Eden if written down. In 2020, we'll continue writing our story and we're excited to meet our newest contributors (campers).
