Can't Fake the Shake (At Home Workout #2)

We're back again with our second at home workout for #workoutwednesday. Today's workout features some intense squats in sync with Moby's song Flower. This workout is super fun and incredibly challenging. So get your family to join you and see who taps out first.


Quick tips for a proper squat:


1. Make sure your knees don't go over your toes

2. Load your weight in your heel (Don't go up on your toes)

3. Keep you legs about shoulder width apart

4. Keep your back straight (Don't bend over)


As you'll see in the video, the concept is quite simple. When the song says "down", you go down into the squat and don't return up until the song says "up." There's quite a few long holds, so don't be afraid to tap out early if you need to prevent yourself from falling over. Try to do it with another family member or as a whole family, it'll be fun to see how everybody does with the workout. We have broken out this workout many times at Camp New Heights and it's always a crowd favorite. The camaraderie that comes from doing this workout with friends, family, or teammates can be amazing.
